About

Nina Keller is an AHPRA registered psychologist, who has worked in both the public and private sectors, and has experience in providing individual, couple and group-based intervention.

Nina uses a client-centred approach that is compassionate, collaborate and respectful. She provides a confidential and safe space for her clients where they feel comfortable to explore their challenges. Nina strives to see her clients achieve their treatment goals and feel more comfortable navigating their mental health. 

Nina aims to assist clients by providing psychoeducation, developing awareness and understanding, as well as assisting with the development of suitable strategies to assist with mental health concerns. She focuses on assisting clients to have an understanding of their own behaviours and how they can best be managed outside the counselling context.

Nina incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused interventions, exposure therapy and relationship counselling.

  • Couples counselling

    Nina is able to assist with a range of General Relationship concerns, Couples Counselling, Marriage Counselling, Communication Concerns and Infidelity.

  • Consulting
